Christine is proud to support the Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation.
A percentage of all sales will be donated to the Shelter Foundation.
100% of these donations will be used in the Ottawa Area to support local women shelters.
The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation is Canada’s largest public foundation dedicated exclusively to funding women’s shelters and violence prevention and education programs.
Because we believe in the importance of giving back to the community, Royal LePage is the only Canadian real estate company to have our own charitable foundation. All of the administrative costs of the Shelter Foundation are underwritten so that 100% of every dollar donated goes directly to helping our cause.
In 2014 at the Royal LePage Conference in Toronto, the Royal LePage ‘Royal LeMoose’ was auctioned off in support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. The Christine Hauschild Team bid on him as did other individuals across Canada. ‘LeMoose’ helped to raise $16,000 towards the RLP Shelter Foundation. This is his purpose; he is here to raise awareness of the Shelter foundation. Each person who bid on him is privileged to spend 2 months with him and then he will go on to his next destination. Ultimately he will end up at our next Royal LePage Conference to be held in Las Vegas in 2016.
In August 2015, Christine and her team took LeMoose around Ottawa to raise awareness of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. Here is the video of his day about town…!
Women for Mental Health is a philanthropic program at The Royal bringing together like-minded women who will inspire conversations and support for mental health – to shift attitudes and make real progress in changing the way people think about mental health. This change will help transform patient care and research at The Royal.
The program is an integral part of the Campaign for Mental Health which will fund the transformation of patient care and innovative research at The Royal.
Our Women for Mental Health will be committed to advancing change through conversations about mental health and meaningful and collective philanthropy. Their engagement in this program will result in a groundswell of support for mental health.
Change is our mandate. Collaboration is our philosophy. Transforming lives is our goal. Together we can make it a reality
