Mercedes role within the team is vital to the seamless progression of all aspects of your sale or purchase of property.  Responsible for coordinating the various stages throughout each transaction she ensures that all appointments, documentation, and feedback are communicated to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner.  Incredibly patient, calm and personable, Mercedes maintains constant communication before, during and after the transaction making sure the quality of service the Team strives to deliver to each client is carried through.

Mercedes also carries an important role as a licensed assistant as often she will be the coordinator for additional paperwork, legal documents as well as hosting open houses and working with Christine on all aspects of her listings. 

Fluent in English, Spanish and French
